Initially opting to move to the cloud for security reasons, PRD soon found that most of the software solutions on the market were focused on residential property management. Having a Trust Management System that was commercial-first was a key factor in their decision Lisa tells us because many of the platforms were not commercially-focused, and were missing the features necessary for a thriving commercial function.
After a comprehensive review of the offerings on the market, the PRD Wagga team selected Re-Leased for its commercial first focus. Features like the automated rent reviews, automated monthly rental and outgoings invoicing, as well as the ability to set, manage and easily reconcile outgoings budgets are huge time savers for Lisa and the PRD team.

Using the Re-Leased Dashboard to automate some of the general administrative tasks including managing key dates in leases, and maintenance schedules have reduced their time spent on manual processes. As a result, Lisa and the team have been freed up to spend more time focusing on value add activities for the business. An example of this is that in previous systems used, key dates would have to be tracked in a spreadsheet and via separate calendar entries. Reports would be pulled from the system quarterly to keep the spreadsheets up to date. Whereas now the PRD team have it all at their fingertips on a dedicated dashboard.
Being commercial first meant a simpler process for rent reviews, which was our biggest pain point in other systems. Re-Leased also has the ability to run outgoings budgets, which was something that had always been done manually in spreadsheets previously.By being able to consolidate their disparate information spread across a number of different spreadsheets, PRD Wagga have been able to successfully grow their commercial business while also increasing their efficiency across the board.
