McIntyre Property Consultants are experts in commercial property management. After gaining extensive experience in a number of roles and enjoying a successful post as a director, Stephen established McIntyre Property Consultants, built on the ethos that no two properties are the same, and no two clients have the same needs.

Every one of Stephen’s clients receives a tailored experience, including the delivery of advisory services combined with local market nous, varying across asset types from entire portfolio management to single agency instructions. 

However, providing a tailored experience for clients has the potential to be incredibly time intensive. How to provide personalised experiences at scale

Stephen's first step towards a more efficient business model was moving his business to the cloud and on to Re-Leased nearly three years ago. However, as he expanded his business, the team needed innovative support to continually elevate their service and allow them to deliver high quality, tailored experiences in an efficient way.

A competitive advantage for pursuing new clients

Stephen is excited about the ability to use CREDIA to continue to grow his business and attract new clients.

When you can present inspection reports, budget v actuals service charge reports and everything extra that CREDIA brings it is really quite impressive. Most of competitors are using more basic software or platforms and have nowhere near the reporting power I now have with CREDIA.
