What properties can I manage?

Generalists are good, but specialists are better, and we are commercial property specialists.  We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all in property. Managing a commercial portfolio is very different to a residential one. We can help you manage your mixed portfolio, but you’ll get the most value from Re-Leased if you have a commercial or mostly commercial portfolio across asset classes like Industrial, Office, Rural Estates, Retail, Shopping Center, Storage, Parking, Co-Working etc.

How much training will I need?

All new clients undertake Re-Leased Academy training and a series of sessions customised specifically to your property portfolio. This will allow us to take you through best practice procedures, and answer any questions you may have. 

Following these sessions, if you or your team require more help you have access to training and support via virtual training, tutorial videos, knowledge base articles and more.

Is my data backed up and protected?

Your business data is precious and keeping it safe is our top priority. Re-Leased is ISO 27001 certified and our security team keeps your data secure with full data backup and redundancy with enterprise-grade security. Our software, and your data, are protected by market-leading hosting service, Microsoft Azure.

Are my payments & data encrypted?

Yes, we take our cybersecurity very seriously. We are ISO 27001 certified, illustrating our excellence in information security. 

Not only is our website secured with an SSL certificate, but the payments made online by both you, and your tenants (either by credit card, debit card or ACH) are encrypted and secured with PCI compliance.

How can I delete all my data?

If you have full Admin access on your account, you can archive data yourself.

After verifying your identity extensively, we can also delete your entire account for you.

Deletion is permanent and there is no recycle bin or recovery.

Do I need servers to run Re-Leased?

No, Re-Leased is a cloud-based service, meaning it is accessible from anywhere on any device with an internet connection.

Simply sign up, and start using it.

Is Re-Leased always online?

We have an industry leading 99.99% server uptime. Typically, we will release updates on the weekend and middle of the night so it never affects your operations.

Is Re-Leased translated in other languages?

At this stage Re-Leased is only available in English, however if you have any specific requests please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you take feature suggestions?
