Click the Pay Online button in the rent or service charge invoice or email from your landlord or property manager. Then, click "Pay" next to the invoice you want to settle.
Select your payment method and choose whether you want to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments to automatically cover future payments.
Enter your payment details and click Pay to complete the process. You’ll then see a confirmation screen, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Set and forget! With recurring payments, your rent or service charges will be paid on time, every time, so you never have to stress about missing a payment or paying expensive late fees. With recurring payments, upcoming payments will be processed automatically based on the schedule set by your landlord or property manager.
Click the Set up recurring payments link in the email you receive from your property manager or landlord.
Choose your payment method and enter your payment details.
That's it! A reminder email will be sent three days before each automatic payment, and you’re free to cancel your recurring payments at any time.
No, your property manager or landlord is using a property management platform called Re-Leased. This platform provides an online payment collection service, Re-Leased Pay, that makes it easier and more flexible for you to pay your rent and charge invoices. With Re-Leased Pay, you can choose from multiple payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, ApplePay, GooglePay, allowing you to make payments securely online. This way, you have more options for how you pay your rent.
Setting up recurring payments is easy and quick. With recurring payments, your rent or service charges will be paid on time, every time, so you never have to stress about missing a payment or paying expensive late fees.
You have three options to do this:
Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, American Express), Debit Cards, ACH/BECS/Bacs/Pad Direct Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App.
Each transaction completed with Re-Leased Pay includes processing fees that vary depending on your region. These fees are regularly reviewed to align with the current market rates.

For one-time payments, you can choose your payment method each time you make a payment. With recurring payment plans, you’ll need to first cancel your current schedule, then set up a new recurring payment plan with your new payment method. You can do this in the Invoice Overview area. You’ll receive confirmation emails for both cancelling your old plan and activating the new one.
