We recently launched our first Re-Leased Commercial Property Manager Month with immense enthusiasm to honour the dedicated individuals who drive positive change in the world of commercial property management.
Property managers are the backbone of the industry and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of properties. They are the driving force delivering better outcomes for businesses, their teams, and tenants.
Re-Leased Property Manager Month offered the opportunity to shine a spotlight on the incredible individuals who go above and beyond and appreciate them. Their roles, often layered with challenges and opportunities alike, hold the essence of what makes our industry thrive.

Joanne Wood,Commercial Property Manager Ray White Commercial Bayside, Australia
Joanne has over 10 years experience in commercial property and maintains a thorough, diligent, and prompt approach to accounting; including the management of enquiries, receipting, reconciliations and following up on outstanding payments. By taking a positive attitude with all clients and tenants, Joanne routinely delivers results, and she's proud to be part of RWC’s ‘Commercial Management Team of the Year 2019/20 and 2020/21.

Lisa oversees several of Mackersy Property's prominent retail investment properties, housing renowned international and national brands like The Warehouse, Countdown, Mitre 10, Bunnings, and Kmart. Her meticulous approach and customer-centric attitude make her adept at effectively navigating the multifaceted world of leasing and property management within the investment portfolio.

Donna SheppardProperty Manager, Fowler Fortescue, United Kingdom
Donna joined the Fowler Fortescue team in March 2014, initially in a receptionist and office support role but quickly moved across to property management. She progressed into a full time Property Manager in 2015. Donna now manages in excess of 230 properties, which are a mixture of residential, commercial, agricultural and hospitality, as well as assisting with the management of 100 further similarly mixed- use properties. Her expertise in meticulous reporting has propelled the company's growth and advancement, as well as her attention to detail, suburb administration skills and dogged determination to get things right has been of benefit to her fellow Property Managers, the Directors and Accounts Team.

Stephanie Spratt has over 10 years of property management industry experience and has been responsible for generating pricing, sales training, creating marketing strategies to increase traffic, managing her sales team while maximizing performance and revenue. Within Factotum Real Estate, Stephanie manages all development related accounting, tenant relations, vendor management, resident retention in addition to office operations and procedures.
