Mobile apps that make management easy.

Property Manager App

The Re-Leased Property Manager App is the in-the-field workspace for commercial property managers -- arrears, work orders, lease events, photo-upload maintenance, and tenant communications, all synced live with the desktop platform.

  • Access property and portfolio information anywhere - track arrears, pull up maintenance tasks and see any lease reminders.
  • Upload photos for maintenance jobs & quickly communicate with tenants.
  • Get total oversight while away from the office.
Tenant App

The Re-Leased Tenant App is the commercial-tenant self-service hub -- live access to their lease, documents, payment history, rent reminders, and a one-tap maintenance request flow with photo upload.

  • Give tenants full visibility of their lease, documents and payments.
  • Keep tenant communications in one place. The app will also send them reminders to pay rent.
  • Tenants can log maintenance issues and upload photos.

Landlord App

The Re-Leased Landlord App gives commercial property owners, asset managers, and executives portfolio-level visibility -- arrears, cash flow, occupancy, lease expiries, income, and expenses -- without needing to log into the desktop platform.

  • Deliver owners & executives total portfolio and property oversight on the go – arrears, cash flow, occupancy, lease expiries and more.
  • Monitor arrears by portfolio, property or by tenant.
  • Ensure rent, maintenance, income and expenses are on track.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the Re-Leased mobile apps free?
Yes. The Property Manager App, Landlord App, and Tenant App are all included with a Re-Leased subscription at no additional cost. There is no per-user licence fee for the apps -- existing Re-Leased users can download and log in directly.
What operating systems are the apps available on?
All three apps -- Property Manager, Landlord, and Tenant -- are available on iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android via the App Store and Google Play.
Can tenants pay rent through the Tenant App?
Tenants can view their payment history and outstanding balances in the app. Payments themselves are processed through Re-Leased Pay (where enabled) or via the payment methods configured in the Re-Leased platform. Rent reminders are sent through the app to prompt timely payment.
Can property managers log maintenance issues with photos?
Yes. The Property Manager App and the Tenant App both support photo upload for maintenance issues. A tenant photographs the issue, the request flows into the Re-Leased Maintenance Hub, and the property manager can review, assign, and track the work order through the same app.
What is the difference between the Property Manager App and the Landlord App?
The Property Manager App is for the operating team -- field PMs handling daily work orders, arrears, tenant comms, and lease events. The Landlord App is for owners, asset managers, and executives who need portfolio-level visibility -- arrears, cash flow, occupancy, lease expiries -- without diving into operational details. Most property businesses use both: PMs on the operating app, principals on the landlord app.
Do the apps work offline?
Apps require a connection to sync with the Re-Leased platform in real time. Brief offline use is supported (viewing previously-loaded data) but logging new work orders, uploading photos, or submitting payments requires connectivity. Most field workflows are designed for mobile-data use.
Can the apps be customised or white-labelled?
The standard apps are branded Re-Leased. Larger commercial portfolios and managing-agent firms with white-label requirements should discuss configuration options with Re-Leased Customer Success.
How do the apps handle multi-property and multi-entity portfolios?
Users with access to multiple properties or entities see all portfolios in a single login. Permissions follow the same role-based controls as the Re-Leased web platform -- a property manager sees only the properties they manage; an owner sees only the properties they own. The Landlord App is specifically designed for multi-entity owners who need consolidated portfolio-level views.

If I'm out at a property, I can pull out my laptop or my phone and reference information on other properties that relate to new business – it’s the only way I operate.

One of the biggest benefits we've found with Re-Leased is that when you enter a global pandemic, you can carry on working from wherever you are in the world. It was absolutely no issue.

When you’re reviewing a tenancy with a tenant, talking about things like when their term renewal is, instead of lugging around a lease document, you can log into Re-Leased and all that information is at your fingertips.
