Bad weather tomorrow, contractor rescheduled for Friday :)

Fewer calls. Fewer emails. Better maintenance outcomes.

Tenants log maintenance requests directly, with the detail, photos, and context your contractors actually need. They track each job from reported to in progress to completed, without chasing your team for an update.

The role of a property manager shifts from coordinating every step to handling the exceptions. That's what your team should be spending time on.

Any browser. Any device. Nothing to install.

The Tenant Portal runs in the browser. Tenants access it from a laptop, tablet, or phone without downloading anything. For commercial tenants on shared or company-managed devices, that removes a real barrier.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Tenant Portal work?
The Tenant Portal is a web-based hub where your tenants can self-serve maintenance, invoices, documents, compliance, and tenancy details. Property managers invite tenants directly from Re-Leased. The tenant receives an email, clicks the link, and sets up their account in one step. No app to download, works in any browser.
How do tenants get access to the portal?
You invite tenant contacts from within Re-Leased. Each tenant receives an email invitation with a link to activate their account. Tenants with multiple tenancies share a single login, so they only need one account to access everything.
What can tenants do in the portal?
Tenants can view lease and tenancy details, access shared documents, view and pay invoices, log and track maintenance requests with photos and comments, upload compliance documents, and manage their own notification preferences.
Can tenants pay invoices through the portal?

Yes. Where Re-Leased Pay is enabled, tenants can view outstanding invoices and pay directly through the portal. They can also see their full payment history and download invoice PDFs.

Can tenants submit maintenance requests in the portal?

Yes. Tenants raise maintenance requests directly in the Tenant Portal, attach photos of the issue, and track progress from submission to completion. Property managers receive the request in the Property Manager App or desktop platform and can assign work orders, manage vendors, and communicate with tenants in one workflow.

There is also the option to switch off maintenance requests for some tenants.

Can I control what tenants see in the portal?
Yes. You choose which sections of the portal are visible, from maintenance and billing to compliance and documents. Permissions can be set at a company level or for individual tenants, so you decide exactly what each person can access.
Is the Tenant Portal available on all Re-Leased plans?
The Tenant Portal is available to all Re-Leased customers. Branding, custom domains, and terminology customisation are available on a Re-Leased Pro plan.
