Tenant Portal
Deliver an experience today's tenants expect
The Re-Leased Tenant Portal is a web-based hub where tenants log maintenance, view and pay invoices, access documents, and manage compliance. Your tenants get self-service. Your team gets fewer emails. No app to install, works on any device.
Broken window repair
In ProgressInspect the damaged window, remove broken glass safely, repair or replace the frame, and install a new pane to restore weatherproofing.
Fewer calls. Fewer emails. Better maintenance outcomes.
Tenants log maintenance requests directly, with the detail, photos, and context your contractors actually need. They track each job from reported to in progress to completed, without chasing your team for an update.
The role of a property manager shifts from coordinating every step to handling the exceptions. That's what your team should be spending time on.
A better tenant experience
Everything tenants need, without a call to your office
Lease details, inspection schedules, rent status, and shared documents, all accessible from the portal. Tenants with multiple tenancies use a single login across all their properties.
Your portal, your brand, your terminology
Add your logo, set your portal name, and serve the portal under your own custom domain. Customise terminology to match how your business operates, and control which sections each tenant can access.
Any browser. Any device. Nothing to install.
The Tenant Portal runs in the browser. Tenants access it from a laptop, tablet, or phone without downloading anything. For commercial tenants on shared or company-managed devices, that removes a real barrier.
