This guarantee is available to new customers based in the United States of America and Canada who subscribe to any Re-Leased subscription with a term of 12 months or longer.
The 3-month period begins on the date of purchase.
Customers must comply with all terms and conditions of the service agreement to be eligible for a refund.
This guarantee is active from 1 September 2024.
Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at billing@re-leased.com within 90 days of the purchase date.
Refund requests submitted after the 90-day period will not be considered.
Refund Conditions
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount, excluding any credit card fees or surcharges.
To receive the refund, customers must participate in a 30-minute ‘Exit Interview’ with Re-Leased and provide specific feedback on why the solution did not work for their business.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply to renewals or subsequent subscriptions.
This guarantee is not available to existing customers or customers who signed up prior to 1 September 2024.
This guarantee is only available to customers domiciled in the United States of America or Canada.
Solutions, integrations, and services provided by third parties are not covered under this guarantee.
Limitations
Re-Leased reserves the right to amend or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
Any abuse or manipulation of this guarantee policy will result in immediate disqualification and potential termination of services.
