North America Money Back Guarantee Policy
Eligibility
- This guarantee is available to new customers based in the United States of America and Canada who subscribe to any Re-Leased subscription with a term of 12 months or longer.
- The 3-month period begins on the date of purchase.
- Customers must comply with all terms and conditions of the service agreement to be eligible for a refund.
- This guarantee is active from 1 September 2024.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at billing@re-leased.com within 90 days of the purchase date.
- Refund requests submitted after the 90-day period will not be considered.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount, excluding any credit card fees or surcharges.
- To receive the refund, customers must participate in a 30-minute ‘Exit Interview’ with Re-Leased and provide specific feedback on why the solution did not work for their business.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Exclusions
- This guarantee does not apply to renewals or subsequent subscriptions.
- This guarantee is not available to existing customers or customers who signed up prior to 1 September 2024.
- This guarantee is only available to customers domiciled in the United States of America or Canada.
- Solutions, integrations, and services provided by third parties are not covered under this guarantee.
Limitations
- Re-Leased reserves the right to amend or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
- Any abuse or manipulation of this guarantee policy will result in immediate disqualification and potential termination of services.
